“Hotels in PA are very expensive, but the upkeep of the them and amenities does not match the price, plus the refund policy needs to be revised because when you pay for a hotel, but don't get what's advertised you should be able to get your money back. The place was not really any different. Couch bed was filthy and had no sheets, staff were not friendly. The outside appearance of the hotel looked decent, however needs updating and appliances as well. However I would stay there again compared to……

“Messaged the host multiple times with over 24 Hours for a single response. Dirty floors, smoke detector hanging from the wall, no batteries in the living room remote, and no hot water in the shower. Conflicting information in the property amenities and information. Fine location for adults but definitely not for someone with small children. When I asked the host if the area was safe to walk at night with luggage and two small children there was no response for almost 48 Hours and that was that……

“Parking is paid during weekday given permit parking. fine in evening, weekend. not particularly difficult, i expect would be a different story if it were a busy/holiday weekend. the rugs were really dirty, dirty used dish sponge left out for us and the table needed a wipe down. couch also needs to be cleaned better. the remainder of the property was clean, the kitchen and appliances and bathroom were all very clean. soap dispenser in bathroom didnt work. only one set of towels per person, good……
