Hi Rachel, we always appreciate honest and constructive feedback, but after reading your review and talking with the homeowner, we'd like to clarify the following points: - The owner had been at the property during the cleaning before your check-in and personally saw that all items had been attended to in the appropriate manner including washing and changing the bed with a fresh set of sheets - When you reached out about the issues you found, the owner was responsive and immediately offered for the cleaner to return and change the sheets again as well as clean the chair with the unwanted item to unequivocally ensure cleanliness for your stay. The photos you provided showed that the item left behind was a piece of paper swimsuit liner, not what you had claimed - Evolve and the owner went above and beyond to provide resolutions that were fair and in line with the issues you encountered, and we really regret that you made threats to solicit a refund in exchange for the outcome of your review We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

I did hire a handyman to come out the day after your check out and he said the reset button on the outlet needed to be pressed, everything started working as normal after that. I am so glad everything else was in order for your stay and you enjoyed the condo, you can’t beat the location! I do hope you come back again!"
