Cutest condo ever!!

The decor was so adorable, the condo came furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Walk was so close to the beach, very short drives to anywhere because it’s so close to everything. Would stay here again for sure.

Clean and Quiet

The condo is exactly as pictured with cool artwork and funky decor. We loved it! The unit was quiet and clean. The bed was extemely comfortable. The location was perfect for heading to the beach/fishing. So many places to explore!

Stress Free & Relaxing Family Vacation

From the easy, keyless entry to the easy checkout procedures with just a few requirements, this was a very stress free place to stay. We also loved and appreciated the notes around the condo that answered any questions we had. We beach yearly and have always done the gulf side, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on the bay again. About a 3 1/2-6 minute walk to the ocean…so easy and close! The outdoor shower allowed for cleanup when returning as well. The sleeper sofa was a little uncomfortable for our adult-age children, but there were so many extra blankets that they made it comfortable. From the extra blankets to the inter tubes and toiletries for use before our shopping trip and for final showers after we packed, the extras were very much appreciated! The only thing we could’ve used that wasn’t provided was a blender (not a complaint at all, just an fyi for future guests that focus on most recent comments). Thank you for sharing your condo with our family this past week!!!

Unsanitary and Dishonest

This condo had a great view and good location. Unfortunately the apartment was dirty, with a hairy maxi pad liner stuck to the furniture unclean sheets. These cleanliness issues were compounded by the owner, Jacey. She was rude and lied about easily checked details of what she could do to make it right. Our attempts to make rectify the issues with both the owner the property company were treated with disdain and further dishonesty. The service by Evolve and the owner is what I expect from your cut-rate competitors renting to college students on spring break. Travelers beware. Service at Evolve is so bad, they do not even allow guests to leave a Google review. Mature tourists should stay away from Evolve and this listing.

Anniversary get Away!

This little condo was beyond perfect ! Clean, awesome location and the view from the patio of Sabine Bay! And we were blessed with fireworks we think from the baseball stadium across the bay! Has everything you need and more ! Walkable to everything ! Beach across street - steps away ! Thank you !

Property was perfect and owner was wonderful. The condo complex was under renovation but the contractors were careful to not be too much of a disturbance or inconvenience. Short walk to Pensacola beach, restaurants, and local activities. We will definitely stay there again.

fall getaway

Family and friends were vacationing in the area, so I brought my mother that is a new widow for a short getaway to be with family and friends as this week is my father and her 67th anniversary, and he passed away this past January. It was a great experience and the area was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. This was my second trip to the area and the more enjoyable of the tea.

It was a great place to stay a week. My only complaint is that it isn’t the easiest place to locate on GPS. The address is for the West building, if you’re in the East building, you have ignore the GPS and go one more street down to find it.

Very clean & conveniently located!

We stayed June 4th to June 10th, 2022. Everything from booking to check in to check out was so smooth! We arrived about 4:30 to find the unit ready to go - easy to access, clean, cool & ready for us to relax after a long drive. Throughout our stay, we were so comfortable, The bed, linens & pillows were perfect as were the beach & bath towels. We did not cook a great deal - ate out or just munched a lot - but the meals we did fix were easy to do so with was provided. We found the neighbors to be very friendly & helpful. Be watchful for the heron who visits each day as well as the adorable lizards on the patio. The washer & dryer worked perfectly - we hate to come home with a pile of dirty clothes so this helped a great deal. A public beach on the gulf side is only a 5 to 10 minute walk with a marked crosswalk. Internet was very reliable (I had some work to do while on vacation). We didn’t watch TV so no idea how that works. Lots of storage space for bags plus luggage racks for suitcases. Many restaurants & bars close by. We have rented condos over the years both on the gulf & the bay, we would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Online rental was super easy. Information was sent to me in a timely manner and communication was open if needed. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The entry into the building is stinky and humid. Parking spot (one) was good and in great proximity to the condo entry. Beach access is right across the street from the condo. Only downside, no pool. (Knew when I made reservations) The gulf was full of sea grass and a pool would have been nice.

stayed here last year. Place is homey and clean. quiet and can walk to beach. little sabine bay is beautiful to see and watch boats on the water. sunsets are spectacular! patio is a little rough. I sat on a broken chair, nothing else to sit on except two cheap lawn chairs. no screen on sliding door to patio and blind had broken slats, hard to close at night. wood outside could use a coat of paint . Loved the keyless entry.

December 29-31 stay

The condo is very clean and stocked with all of the basics you will need to enjoy your stay. The view from the patio is awesome and the owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay again. The neighbors are really helpful as well. The only thing I would recommend is including the name of the condos in addition to the address in the check-in instructions as the condo is not easy to identify from the street due to the sand dune and small sign.
