“Every single address for this property is a lie. This is a SCAM. ”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“Disappointing stay. Not the 5-star experience we expected. Check-in is 3pm, but our room wasn’t ready until after 3:30pm. I spoke to another guest who told me their room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. The hotel was significantly understaffed and struggled to cope when operating at full capacity. I booked a room advertised having a ‘City View’, however the view consisted of the roof of the hotel lobby atrium and a hotel wall. I don’t believe this reasonably matches the description of a city……

“Wow what an amazing trip and a great place to stay. Although not on the beach a very short walk to it. I could not ask for a better experience from the kind staff, great massage, great pool, and comfortable room! I will definately be back many more times! Thank you!”

“Great for couples to enjoy a relaxing few days! The suite, staff, food and facilities (including the spa and massages) were perfect. In-room services also include a bartender and floral bath, which can be arranged upon request. All the staff both throughout the hotel, the club and the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The noise at the club also does not reach the hotel, and either way, the soundproof windows work well. ”

“很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住”

“An ideal place for a couple or family looking to get away and enjoy a truly relaxing and quiet time together. It is situated in the beautiful countryside. Rooms are stunning and the gardens add a feeling of serenity that greatly enhances the experience. The climate in this area was nicely balanced being there at the end of June. It was neither too cool nor too warm at any time of day. It’s a bit far from the city center, about 40-45 minutes away from Denpasar and the areas with shopping stores,……
