The cottages have been converted from a former stud farm, near the municipal sports complex (tennis and football pitches on site). Close to the greenway and near museums (Brick Museum, Tancrède Museum, Marsh House) as well as the Sarcelles Leisure Park with golf, tourist train, etc. The price does not include: charging for an electric or hybrid vehicle.
