"They said elevator not working and had to carry suitcases up and down to second floor (which is really 3rd) with no help available, but saw staff using elevator. Had to bring wet towels down when checking out or would be charged a fee. Food in restaurant buffet was horrible. Huge pieces of fat in soup, unidentifiable mystery food and not even butter for bread. Dinner and lunch were both inedible and Hungarian food is usually delicious. Furniture in room was in very poor condition and they did not even provide shampoo in the "shower""

"This is a hidden gem. The historic property has been beautifully restored, has all the facilities anyone could want and the staff are super attentive and qualified. The buffet lunch is not the greatest, but it's good value for the money they charge for it. "

"Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind. Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. "
