“Having the front desk come knocking on the door at 5:30pm on a Sat. afternoon asking to keep our voice level down seemed odd and unnecessary. We were just 4 happy friends who have not seen each other for quite some time meeting up before attending a concert together. It must be extremely thin walls and doors. You can make of it what you will.”

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”

“Despite sending formal emails requesting a refund, I have received no response from the hotel. My stay was extremely disappointing. I felt unsafe due to concerns with the door locking system. There was also a strong smell of smoke throughout the property, which gave me a headache, and the accommodation fell significantly below what was advertised.
The conditions were so poor that I had to arrange alternative accommodation at short notice shortly after arriving.
I contacted the hotel directly……
