Petal Vacations from $752

I hit bottom here. Too bad Expedia doesn’t refund. Marijuana smoke everywhere, trash overflowing in receptacles, smoke detector removed, ice machine broken, stains/hole with bedding, breakfast relegated to weekends and then consisted of white bread. I asked how to get to Cracker Barrel (right behind the hotel), guy said “Google it”. What a hole.

I needed ironing board and had checked with the property before hand to confirm. But it was not there and no one answerd the call excpet AI recoreded the information and no one got back to me

I checked in and went to my room which had an adjoining door to the next room over and it would not lock and or shut on my side and that made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling solo. I went back to the desk and asked for a different room and explained the situation and they gave me another room where the toilet and ac didn’t work. So I left and didn’t even stay the night. There was a sign at the front desk that said “no refunds” so I didn’t bother asking and Expedia was no help trying to get a refund for a property in such bad condition that I didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying there.

After driving up and seeing the terrible conditions, I refused to get out of the car. My first thought was that the business was condemned and closed! The pics posted on Expedia are NOT accurate at all. I would consider this an unsafe place to stay.
