A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. Esperava mais do hotel; não concordei com o aviso tanto no contrato, quanto no quarto sobre danos nos móveis, o que eu concordo, mas sobre as tolhas e lençóis achei um pouco exagerado e com uma tabela de preço muita alta. Café da manhã é bem servido, porém o preço de cada refeição é alto.

Check-in as 15h, já acho um absurdo, mas ok! O problema era q tínhamos um casamento às 15:30, a falta de empatia sobre a possibilidade de antecipar o checkin foi pessima pela equipe de atendimento, atendentes totalmente mal educados, sem resposta conclusiva, nem ao menos um diálogo. Decepcionante. Lugar mal cuidado, restaurante com comida extremamente ok nada demais. Promete muito e entrega pouco. Decepcionante

O castelo em si é bem cuidado e o quarto grande e confortável. Os restaurantes são bem medíocres e fecham cedo. Como o hotel é um pouco isolado, o restaurante poderia funcionar minimamente até mais tarde. Não há opções simples, como um sanduíche no cardápio. As placas na entrada do hotel tem um aspecto de velhas, o que dá uma péssima primeira impressão ao hóspede. Acho que é uma boa opção para quem viaja com crianças, pois tem várias atividades para esse público. Para ir em casal, eu escolheria outro local.

Precisando urgentemente de manutenção

O local é lindo, mas falta manutenção. Fui usar a banheira e saiu uma água com cheiro péssimo… cheiro de esgoto. O banheiro ficou inundado e tive que limpar. O café da manhã é bem simples… só tinha o básico. As instalações são de fato interessantes e imponentes. Mas vários locais apresentam desgastes e este problema no quarto comprometeu a minha estadia. Não pretendo voltar.
