“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Merlin. The hotel is beautifully set in a jungle oasis, yet walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the nearby village as well as some great bars, cafes and massage parlours along the beach. The room was very comfortable and spacious, although the jungle setting did mean it was a little more difficult to make good use of our balcony due to the mosquitoes and meant a few more bugs than normal seemed to get into our room and luggage.……

“A fantastic six night stay at Avani+ which was recommended by a colleague. Beautiful, elegantly designed resort with lush gardens and plenty to do (whatever the weather). Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the food was of a consistently high standard with lots of choice. What impressed us the most, however, was the staff’s courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. They are clearly very well trained and motivated to make their guests as comfortable as possible - an example……

“Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!”

“The coast side view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and water is so clear. It is a good choice if you want to find a less people place to relax. Massage and spa inside resort is great. Although you got not much restaurant choices nearby hotel, food inside resort is delicious. Definitely will book again if coming back to Phuket again.”

“提早5個月訂了2間雙床的雙人房,到check in當天卻被帶去只有一張床的雙人房,向人員表示我們訂的是雙床的房間,她卻回答:我們房間都滿了.訂的房型標榜"半海景",卻什麼都看不見,房間望出去都是樹.飯店到海灘2分鐘就到了,但什麼躺椅陽傘通通沒有,一片荒蕪,海邊的環境也沒有很好.早上莫名其妙被拉去用餐,卻事後表示,我們的訂房不含早餐,每個人要收取550的費用,真的太離譜了,都沒有先身分確認,然後用餐完才告知.這飯店好的大概只有房間很大而已”

“wow, we love this hotel first off. We got a room with the sea facing view and we did have a beautiful ocean view. The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds, immaculate, and all of the architecture was so interesting and perfectly planned. The staff were beyond friendly when we showed up to breakfast 10 minutes early they open the door and welcomed us in and on our last day we had to leave even earlier than that they opened breakfast just for us now that’s what I call Service!
