If you're planning for a long stay as I often do, pick up a folding cart/wagon so you can only have to make 1 trip, especially 2nd/3rd floor. The outside door autoslide so you don' t have to struggle with holding the door open.

We stayed for a week and the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues which the very helpful staff was quick to address. Check in and check out was quick. We definitely will stay there again.

My sheet had a Hole in it. Foot kept getting caught… There was a Hair on the toilet rim with a wad of toilet paper in the bowl. Everything else was ok for the most part.

Yes. The carpet had crumbs of some sort. There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. There were crumbs on the counter and table area. It looked as though just the bedding was changed, new towels placed in the room and that was all. The refrigerator was turned off so we had to run it to get cold enough to keep our food items at temperature. The room window was left open and in these temperatures, the room was freezing. I will say that the bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When we turned the heat up to high, it worked beautifully. Breakfast in the morning was another disappointment. I had to ask that the food items be replenished. The attendant brought out frozen muffins. There was no sugar for the coffee (just the pink substitute sugar). The front desk attendant that checked us in the night before said that the picture on my reservation was that of another hotel. Please update your site the accurately reflect this location. This was a disappointing experience.

Waited 20 minutes until staff showed up at front desk and told us there was no room available even though I had reservations. The staff asked me to request a refund and find another place to stay at 9pm. The staff went back and forth into the back room. After another 20 minutes, the staff told me he found an open room for us. The whole check in process was terrible!

Great stay here great room . Very clean and spacious . When I was checking out in the morning of Friday , feb 13, 2026 after my 1 night stay woman at front desk was very friendly and courteous with great energy and answered all questions I had . I left with good vibes. I recommend and would stay here again

The front desk staff was very nice.The room had no utensils pots pans paper towels dish soap tissues surprised we had towels and toilet paper.I guess this is due to people who have lived there or taking stuff but no one made me aware of those things that was missing in the room.Hotel didn’t have the greatest smell but I notice some live there.We didn’t see any bugs or mold kitchen area could use an upgrade.Not much noise neither.
