Trip to Philly

We seen the place on Vrbo. The pics looked incredible on the listing. When we got there we were highly disappointed and you should post more pics of the property. Some of the blinds were missing and neighbors could easily see inside our place and one of the closet doors were missing and/or broken. Place def needs some updating and refreshing. The car garage was def scary but that was in the listing. Expect to walk a bunch of stairs. Only good thing we actually did like was the location and how most places we wanted to see was within two miles walking.

Nice Stay in a great location!

The bathroom light and fan combo is very annoying. A tv in the second bedroom would have been nice.

Spacious, quiet, and adequate

Overall a good place to stay. Some maintenance needed - closet doors in entry need rehanging. Slat blinds need repair. Sheets old and thin.

Met our needs

Location of the property was good for our plans while in Philly. Able to easily walk to old city and short Uber to Lincoln financial. Propert and building pretty dated but building felt secure.

Good stay

Overall our stay was great! The apartment is very spacious and in a pretty good neighborhood. One block from target, Starbucks, and spouts is a definite plus! The apartment is a bit dated and worn but everything was very clean and functional. The host was very responsive when our Internet went out late at night!

Another great stay with Elizabeth

We book regularly with Elizabeth; this being our 4th stay in the past 2 years. She is always responsive. The unit is always neat and clean and the linens are fresh and crisp. Building and neighborhood are safe and convenient

Marine club

We enjoyed our stay everything was clean and our host was very attentive to our needs. However they advertised Wharton apartments which when you google it they have a great review but our apartment building was the Marine club which was not rated well . However our overall experience was positive

Great accommodations

We had a great stay. It was just as advertised. The place was very clean and had all the needed amenities. It was in a very convenient location with Starbucks, Whole Foods and target right across the street. Would highly recommend.

Convenient spacious

Very spacious, convenient walk to grocery stores/target/restaurant, very quiet and private. Air conditioning was necessary during hot summer days in Philly. The hostess was very responsive to emails. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend

We stayed here and it was a great experience! Elizabeth was excellent at communication and kept in touch with me to answer questions and provide assistance as needed. Check in and out as simple and easy. The location was great as it is near Target, Starbucks, Fine Wine and Spirits, etc. It was also a quick Uber ride to Center City. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Great location and property!

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our visit with my daughter and her 5 year old and 1 year old sons! Spacious, clean, safe, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment in this historic building. Great parking. Centrally located so we were able to walk to the Liberty Bell, the Redding Market and South Philly for Pat's famous Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches? Target, Starbucks, Chipotle and Sprout's Market just accross the street made this location perfect! And the central courtyard with the gold fish, koi and turtles was icing on the cake for curious boys to visit. Would stay here again!

We love this place!

Our stay was perfect. We love the location and the communication by the home owner. After the first day of our stay, we received an email just to check in on our stay. It was much appreciated! The beds were very comfy and it was plenty spacious for my son and me. The only suggestion we have is that it would be nice if there were an easier way to return the parking passes rather than having to leave the parking garage, find a parking space and then return to the room to leave the key. Thank you for a great place to call home for a few days!

Nice stay

The unit was spacious and clean. The host was very responsive to questions and messages. So convenient to have free parking in the city - the garage has tight turns and maneuvering, but we managed even in our SUV.

Weekend place

Overall the apartment was exactly what we needed for a family with small kids. It was a bit confusing at first navigating the way from garage to apartment, but the instructions with video were very helpful. Location worked out great for us as out of towners who love Pats (being able to walk was great) and also being right on the broad st line for the subway was very convient.

Excellent location

Excellent communication with the owner. Excellent location. Pretty clean other than blinds in second bedroom were not clean. Blinds need replacing or repaired as there were many broken ones. This allowed a bright light to shine in the living room where my son was sleeping on the futon. There were most things available to use to be able to cook but the front right burner didn’t work. A few more linens for kitchen as there was only one kitchen towel and we were there 4 days. I would definitely recommend this place as it is really great location. We spent a lot of time on Passyunk and could walk there.
