We stay at Windsor hotel frequently when we visit Philadelphia. We like the property,staff and service. During my last stay in room number 1108 on July 4 th at 2.06 PM , I slipped and fell down hurting myself because hardwood floor in my one bedroom unit was very slippery . Property management needs to make sure hardwood floor is cleaned well and not slippery . May need carpeted floors.

I was hesitant about this property, because it is an independent hotel that had some less than stellar reviews. Our stay was wonderful. The staff was great and the property and our room was very clean. The room was fantastic, especially for the price. We had a one room suite with a balcony. The room was VERY roomy, and the balcony had a great view!

This hotel is absolutely ridiculous. I paid high price and choose to stay at sky lounge suite plus valet parking service. My car was scratched and my cash were stolen; let’s take a look at hotel response; first they claim they take no responsibility and then they just ignored my second message. Even till now I have not received any apologies from this hotel. The valet fee was charged through the hotel deposit and they claim it’s 3rd party’s responsibility. I have never seen a hotel treating VIP access guest like this. No apology no compensation refused to take any responsibility
