I stayed over the New Years Holiday and through no fault of Joseph’s there was a power outage in the area. When it came back on it blew a fuse outside the apartment. Being New Year’s there were no stores in the area that carried the fuse that his Electrician needed. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us. “The "apartment" is an extension on a house with its own convenient private entrance. We arrived late at night and the seemingly complicated self-check in directions we received turned out to be very simple. It was also very easy to find a variety of dining options nearby in town.We did not use the pool, but the interior "apartment" was lovely. It would have been helpful to know another renter was staying in an adjacent "apartment". We also couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat. Thank……
