Contemporary Cozy Cottage

  • The modern contemporary cozy cottage has been completely renovated with an electric fireplace, ceiling fan/light, large flat-screen TVs, & free WiFi. It is perfect for your stay in the lower Hudson Valley/ Northern Westchester area. This location is close to Hudson Highlands State Park, Clarence Fahnestock State, Fishkill Farm, Anthony Nose, Bear Mountain Bridge, Bear Mountain Park, Putnam trail, Canopus Lake, Oscawana Lake, Donald J. Trump State Park, West Point, Riverfront at Peekskill, Blue Mountain State Park, Harriman State Park, FDR Park at Yorktown the Appalachian Trail, Putnam County Golf Course, and Seven Lakes. Please note: The property has two separate properties listed, and you will on the top floor. There might be someone on the bottom floor but it will not affect your ability to enjoy the house or have fun! I’m always trying my best to make the property look amazing and you can have great time. Please note: There is a separate basement unit on the property, and there may be other guests staying there during your visit. The basement has a completely separate entrance, so your privacy and stay will not be affected. The main house and basement are separate spaces.

    The driveway may need to be shared with the other guests. If needed, additional parking is available across the street in the designated driveway.

    As with any shared residential property, you may occasionally hear normal household or residential noise during your stay. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful and considerate of one another.

This is a fully decked out house with cozy beds, full kitchen, completely up to date amenities. The host is very accessible, polite, and helpful.

Excellent cottage in a quiet location

Exactly as described, clean and comfortable, in a quiet location. Provided snacks, coffee and water were much appreciated. Nadia was great, easy check in & out and was available for anything we needed during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. It was a beautiful little house, and worked perfectly for my wife and parents to attend a birthday party at Bear Mountain Lodge. Well kept, with nice thoughtful touches like snacks, water, etc. Thank you!

An absolutely charming cottage with beautiful decor and peaceful neighborhood… close to shopping and resturants…. Also conveniece ti train station if traveling into Manhattan… A great perfect place to stay if visiting the area.

Felt Totally at Home

The cottage is really well appointed with all kinds of little touches, from kitchen essentials to houseplants to knick knacks. Staying there was like staying in someone's home, as opposed to a rental, and is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. And Nadia was very responsive, easy to work with, and a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Cozy Place!

We loved everything about this cozy cottage! It felt like home when we walked in. Place was very clean, quiet and beautiful. We stayed 3 nights, but wish we could've stayed longer. Nadia was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our arrival. We appreciate the extra touches and snacks...it was very warm and welcoming. I would love to come back...highly recommend!

Perfect Cozy Getaway in a Charming Neighborhood

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The place is cozy, contemporary, and immaculately clean. The comfort level was top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The cottage was contemporary and cozy, immaculate and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was so well appointed that had we not been gathering elsewhere for family lunches/dinners over the holiday week, I would have really enjoyed cooking/baking in it. The beds were quite comfy and the black out curtains appreciated. The view off the deck overlooked a lovely wooded area, where we spotted deer and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise one early morning over our coffee. Nadia was welcoming, was clear that she was there to assist if we needed anything, which we never did. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!

The place was great! It was exactly as described and was a great place to decompress and relax. Close enough to the city, yet far enough away that you don't know the city exists. I will definitely stay again when in the area. Five Stars!
