Best choise in Phnom Penh

Arrived worn out with night bus at 5:15 in the morning.
Despite the early arrival, the hotel arranged for a room so we could relax and sleep until our own room would be ready at 14:00. They did not charge anything, then was just great service.
The hotel itself is situated in the very center of the town - in a small jungle! Nearest neighbor - the prime minister, due to this the road is closed for people without a purpose. This makes the hotel to a central silent oasis. Something Asia travelers really appreciate. No street noise what so ever!
Walking distance to all central sites.
The hotel has a pool, but due to the jungle, the sun rarely gets through, meaning the water is rather chilly and the mosquitoes have a great life (unfortunately you quite easily becomes the exotic dinner...)
The hotel seems to be designed by a Frenchman (the style of everything - even the breakfast)
The breakfast was really top quality and great taste, and ordering the "healthy breakfast" you get 3 kinds of tasty bread - bread is not common in the Cambodian kitchen.
There is just one minus that I hope the hotel will improve on... Kitchen hygiene... The kitchen was preparing a drink, and put down a spoon to taste if it was good - repeating this until the drink had the right taste...
When preparing my "Asian breakfast" with a fried egg, the egg was put on top of the rice using the hand... Clean hand? I fear not, the cat laying on the kitchen desk randomly touched.
