I loved our stay! The included dinner and breakfast was very good and great variety. My family enjoyed the pool! The facilities were very clean and staff super friendly. The manager Caros was very accommodating! He greeted us during breakfast and allowed us to do late checkout to enjoy the pool prior to departure.

Overall a great stay. Only complaint was the air conditioning of the room was pretty poor. Was given a upgrade for free on the 7th floor(renovated room) Swimming pool/hot tub was wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay here. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, pool was nice since in was indoor/outdoor. This hotel offers 3 drinks and dinner for free from 5:30-7 which is very different! Loved it

The Hotel was ok. Room service didn’t really service our room. I personally thought that for room service they would take anything that needed to be taken. Me and my partner went downstairs to let them know our room had not been serviced for the couple days we had been there already and even let them know we would be gone for the day so they could do that. When we got back the room had not been serviced we left some excess sheets we did not use in a pile for them to take and towels. During our stay I came across a spider and its web in the lampshade.

The property itself is great. Clean and quiet. I stay here quite a bit but after today I will be staying at a different location due to one staff member Jeff the manager. He is rude and lacks customer service. Previously during a stay we had an issue with the reservation dates and he refused to help resolve it. So,my family and I had to sit in the lobby for over an hour while a front desk worker tried their best to resolve the issue. And now today, this same manager Jeff, was extremely rude when I attempted to use my drink ticket. In all the times I've stayed I've never been carded for ID not even when Jeff has been the one to serve me. He flat out refused to serve me my one drink. And mind you I am 43 yrs old. No way I look under 21. This now, two times of me being mistreated by the same person. I will not be staying here any longer. But the property is great just the customer service is not the best.
