Avoid this place if you can, I usually don't leave reviews but this place inspired me. To begin with, it took about an hour to check in. A long line formed behind me as we all waited. The issue we discovered was that the front desk did not know which rooms were cleaned and ready for new guests. After I got to the front of the line I was told their software system was down and also that the TV in our room was cracked and would need to be swapped out by their maintenance guy after we check in. We got to our room and the maintenance person arrived and began an hour long process to remove the old TV and install the new one. We were told by him that he doesn't program the TV's, only installs them so the new TV went unused for the next 2 days (no one came to program it). We had a sofa bed in our room that we planned to use but discovered it was a plain dirty mattress once we pulled it out. We asked for a sheet, blanket and pillow for this bed but were told they were not available. We also found the previous guest's leftover Mexican takeout in the fridge. The first night we were treated to a noisy hallway, and someone opening our door (they had given access to our room to another guest thinking our room was not booked). Due to their incompetence, we were also double-charged for our room as they somehow marked down in their system that we didn't show up for our reservation.
