Hiking, golf, 5 star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, Spring Training, nightlife and Fashion Square Mall are all just a short walk from this property! Comfort and class greet you at this newly renovated ground floor (no steps) condo with wonderful views of the HEATED POOL, lush grass, mature trees & Camelback Mountain. This property is loaded to the 9's with everything you will need to have a fantastic vacation for 6 people!

The space

This is a LUXURY property, our designer went all out with a boho chic luxury concept! Everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy. King in master, Queen in guest room. Queen pull out couch in the living room and a high end raised queen air mattress upon request. Property has an open concept layout, 2 big bedrooms and 2 full beautiful bathrooms. You can sleep up to 8. The sheets are all 1200 thread count, comes with soap/shampoo, hair dryer, soft towels etc - only the best for our guests! The heated pool is about 20 steps from your door as is the BBQ. Unit comes with private parking spot and plenty of visitor parking.

Living room has a brand new 55 inch LED TV with Netflix, all furniture is brand new and very comfortable (we gave our decorator no budget, she did a great job!). The entire condo is serviced with free lightening fast Wi-Fi.

Nice private patio for relaxing.

Other things to note

This property has a brand new AC unit and Heater - no worries whether it is 100 degrees or 40, you will be comfortable! Pool is heated in the winter. Common BBQ's in the pool area; we provide the grilling accessories. Pack n' play and other baby items available upon request.

Owner/Property Manager lives only 2 miles away and has lived in Old Town Scottsdale for over 5 years. If you need anything or are looking for suggestions just ask! Front door has a digital keypad lock for easy entry.

We gathered here for spring training. The location is PRIME. Easy walk to old town and especially the mall- across the street! The pool was nearby and great. Laundry is nearby too and you do have to pay and have supplies which was the only thing unclear in listing. But no big deal at all! The place is super cute. Great table in kitchen for meals/I worked there! It felt comfortable and the beds are awesome. We would totally come back. Thank you!

This condo is located in old town within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. Very clean. Updated recently throughout. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and phone calls. There were a couple of small issues: Vertical blind assembly for the patio door was broken which made it difficult to open. The three legged floor lamp, light bulb and shade were broken and wobbly. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper. Very hard and not comfortable, we had a little use for it being out and about and playing games at the dining room table. There was really only seating for three in the living room. The condo met our needs for the weekend.

Our number one priority is cleanliness, and this property was great! Spacious unit, with comfortable beds. We were a little concerned when we arrived, as this is a main floor unit, but there was absolutely zero noise from the unit above or next to us. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This is a great location. For walking into old Scottsdale; easy access to Phoenix and a great home base for traveling to other destinations in Arizona! Clean, nice decor; comfortable sleeping; nicely arranged layout of space and furniture for a group of four adults. Will keep this on our list for a return visit!

Overhyped and underwhelmed
To start with, photos didn’t match some of what was there. For example, in the photos, there’s a 3 cushion couch. Inside, there was a low, uncomfortable to sit on futon. I’m not sure we’d have chosen to stay here without comfortable seating for 4 in the living area. In fact, I know we wouldn’t have. That was awful - the futon and one chair…other than that, you had to use a stiff chair from the table. Things lacking: - bath mats - there were none - screen door bottom on the front door was non existent - there were 2 wash cloths for 4 people and 5 bath towels for the week - the shower in the 2nd bedroom fills with water…very poor drainage - the track in the slider in the main bedroom is full of mud - as are the AC vents and returns - no mirror in bedroom 2 - dining room table light is very dim - rugs are tripping hazards - dresser in bedroom 2 top drawer is awful, and won’t stay on its track - screen on bedroom 2 window is broken from outside - 3 wine glasses for 4 guests The part about great location is true. We knew that when we picked it. The tv in the living area is nice, but seems each bedroom should have a tv? The remodeled kitchen is frankly the best part of the property. As a whole, we were very disappointed. Could we have called and mentioned the negatives to the host? Yes, but much of that wouldn’t have been fixed during our stay. In the future, I hope that photos will accurately depict the property and that just doing minimal things to make a stay seem appropriate fir 4 guests would be fine.
