The property manager let us check in early and that was SO awesome. When we arrived there wasn't enough toilet paper in any of the bathrooms to last for the first day. We did find 1 moldy roll under one of the sinks. There was no dishwasher detergent, hand soap, shampoo, laundry soap or extra paper towels. I sent a message thinking this must be a mistake to be told it is a long term rental and people bring their own. This was not mentioned in VRBO. The windows had hand prints all over them and there was a huge ant problem in the kitchen. We bought ant traps and again messaged wanting to let the manager know and they just said the last people must have left food. We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room. It is in a very convenient location. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would need to bring all our own TP etc. I clean rental homes and have never heard of this before.
