Manager sbjordan was no help ROACHES EVERY NIGHT We stayed for 3 Nights roaches came in through a crack under our door every night. They came and sprayed but the roaches persisted. The pool gets shut down randomly on the weekend without notice. A complete waste of our weekend I have stayed here several times but it's like since they switched from diamond to Hilton a lot of things went down hill and corners were cut. The bath tubs were peeling with paint on the floor clogging the drains few times during the 3 night stay and maintenance had to come to our room several times for many other small fixes. This was not a relaxing stay. Travelers beware this not where you once stayed

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this resort, and we enjoyed it all 3 times! One note: It would be nice to have housekeeping check on us at least once each morning to empty trash, fresh towels, etc. One morning, I put out the trash outside our door for custodial to pick up, and the birds got into it. I did text the front desk and they did come and pick up the bag...but they did NOT clean up the trash that the birds left behind. That was unfortunate.

Roomy and had all kitchen supplies. Ice maker worked well. Bathrooms well equipped. Beds were not comfortable. Mattress needs to be changed, depression. Back ached for two days. On 3rd floor with no elevators. Temperature in unit did not go below 74 degrees. Fitness center was good.

The Scottsdale Links resort was very convenient for my mother to visit with doctors. The suite was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the early check in and request for ground floor due to medical conditions. However, had we not been able to be accommodated the stairs in Arizona June heat would have been a huge challenge as there are no elevators in the buildings.

No. 1-The price. No.2 The staff No. 3 The spaciousness, I ended up here by Default, (No room at the Conference Hotel., AND was lucky, No 4 . The ground was beautiful, No 5 A spacious, beautiful Condo-I did not expect that. Positive-the attentiveness fo the staff. The only negative was a few maintenance issues, like a lamp not working and loose bathroom cabinet door-but issues were addressed in a timely manner. Overall HIGHLY recommended.

The fridge shelf broke when I put in a glass bottle, the bottle fell and shattered, splashed the drink on the floor. The maid staff came to clean after 1 hour and we called 3 times by then. When I stepped out, a bunch of staffs were chit chatting in a parking lot. Not the best service. Otherwise the facility was clean and well equipped, no complaints. Oh a power outlet didn't work, and a fan switch chain was cut. There is nothing in walkable distance, no restaurant on site. Be ready to be asked to join a timeshare presentation upon arrival. Sorry for a few negative comments but overall we had a good stay.

The property is definitely outdated and in need of repair. Handles falling off of dresser drawers, rips in carpet, dated furniture, etc. The worst of it was the ants in the kitchen the first morning, and the silverfish in the dresser drawers of the next unit that we were moved to. We wasted an evening of a short vacation having to repack, move to a new room, and un-pack all over again. And when we asked for a later check out(noon instead of 10am), as a courtesy for that and the bug issues, we were given until 11:30, even after my husband asked to speak with the manager. Really?? Customer service at it's worse. And beware of the major sales pitch for a time share at the beginning of your stay. I would not recommend this place nor would I ever stay here again. Too bad. The outside is lovely.
