They when above and beyond Joy and the team, did everything to ensure we had an amazing time and that they went the extra mile to ensure we were look after. I would recommded this place and a must visit and stay.

I loved this hotel! Upon check-in, I received fresh juice and clear directions about the hotel’s offerings. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice balcony with ocean views, excellent breakfast with so many options, easy to get a taxi, helpful excursion desk, and beautiful curated grounds. There are so many photo spots within this hotel. I had an oversized king bed that had cozy pillows and white linens. There was a stand up shower with a separate bathtub. There was also a bathtub on my outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. I didnt want my room cleaned during my stay but the staff kindly delivered bottled water and toiletries to my door while I was away.🙏 There is a cute cable car that can transport you to your room or you may request a ride from the staff. It is about 20 min drive to Patong depending on traffic. Walk to the beach from your room with 5 min. I can’t comment on whether there was any on-site entertainment because spent each of my days in Thailand touring, eating, and shopping. You may exchange money at the front desk. This hotel is great for families, couples, and groups. I would definitely return for another stay. You will not be disappointed.

THE WHOLE PLACE WAS AMAZING. THE STAFF COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU AND VERY FRIENDLY. POOL BAR A MUST AND SAY HI TO KATT AND JAN. THE FOOD WAS A#1...WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND REVISIT. THE PROPERTY WAS VERY WELL KEPT AND BEAUTIFUL.

Loved it! This property is amazing and very beautiful. Great way to start our vacation. Stayed for two nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Bentz and Oh. Room was great and close to the beach. Resort was located close to town and was very easy to get to. Loved the pool, the food was great and had many options. One night there was a fire dance performance. It was the best of all the fire shows I saw throughout the Islands. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!
