“Wonderful resort, very nice management. Diem, who checked us in and Helen, who was our hostess at breakfast are so nice and friendly, I can still remember their smile!”

“Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent. At night time, they close the garage door,……

“Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so……

“Very nice staff and good facilities especially for kids. We enjoyed the breakfast and buffet dinner. The only complaint about the hotel is too noisy during the weekend.”

“It’s not as beautiful as the photos. Everything is good and acceptable, except for the front desk service, the front desk service staffs need to improve their skill. High wifi speed. Should swin in the swimming pool rather than the beach.”

“Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool was excellent as was the on-site restaurant. I think I was the only guest there the two nights I stayed and so it was lovely they opened the restaurant to cater for just one person. Very quiet and relaxing - beautiful grounds. Thanks Team!”

“Staffs and services are good, but the room has mosquitoes. The AC hasn't cooled enough”
