"The room had everything we needed, nice clean/modern bathroom, good bed. The dining experience was wonderful, the food was very good, breakfast and dinner. Staff was great and fun, and the owner is a pretty cool dude! The walking trail on the property, about a mile long, was very fun and weird and I loved it most of all. Great large outdoor area for lounging, reading, dining."

"The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."

"It’s a well located hotel and very comfortable. The room was a good size with a comfortable firm mattress. The breakfast was beautifully and tastefully set up and there was a huge variety. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We plan to visit again for a longer stay!"

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Room was clean and comfortable! We had a good. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked great with a good spread of items. Location is about 30 minutes by car from the ZTL center of Bologna, so we found it convenient and at a good price. Thank you!"
