“We booked this property in early March 2023 for 5 days. We were coming from the USA for the first time to visit Italy. When we arrived we messaged the owner to find out what we had to do to check in. On the night before we were to arrive we received a response saying they overbooked and we would receive a full refund. WE WERE TOTALLY SHOCKED!!!! We had no place to go!!!! We called VRBO to inform them of our dilemma. They said they would try to help find another place. We quickly found our own……

“We found a gem to stay for the night. The host was lovely. She communicated very well through Whats app. The place was better than expected. Lots of room and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beautiful countryside views. Highly recommend staying here.”

“This palace is a dream, beautifully appointed, stunning views and Dorothy, the owner, felt like an old friend. I wanted to stay so much longer. Only improvement would have been directions or signage on how to find the grand abode. Once found, parking was available right out front on the street, a safe street. ”

“We came across this property by chance on our 4 week tour of southern Italy and what a find it was!The apartment is gorgeous, clean, large, well equipped and situated.It had everything we needed and a bonus was it is in the center of World War Two Winter Line, lovely little museum and French Military Cemetery.If you are visiting WW2 sites it is perfect, if you are looking for relaxation in the middle of the Italian countryside this property is for you.We stayed in 10 VRBOs on our trip and this……

“La casa di Luca è stata sicuramente adatta alle nostre esigenze, ovvero quella di pernottare una sola notte. Eravamo in 6, ma la casa non poteva ospitare tante persone. Il divano letto era una piazza singola, e quindi c'è stato un po' di disagio. Per il resto tutto come da descrizione, e quindi giusto il rapporto qualità -prezzo.”
