"Just wow! We truly enjoyed the Cabin, the amazing view (especially at sunrise), and the area. The cabin was clean, well appointed with games, movies, kitchen supplies and anything we could need. Loved the fire pit and hot tub. Lots of wildlife viewing, even had a bear make a brief appearance in the yard. The area didn't disappoint either, from a pontoon at Burnsville to the local state parks, we have a wonderful visit."

"Our family stayed at this beautiful home the first week of August. There are so many wonderful things about this place and we made amazing memories. The home is spacious for the 10 of us. Supper on the back deck every night was perfect. The scenery is beautiful. We fished and swam in the river every day. Having the small Sandy spot to enter the river was perfect for the little kids. We enjoyed the big inner tubes the home had ready for us to use. Floating over the blue hole was very relaxing. We never heard or saw the train once the whole week we were there. (Though garbage pick up at 6:30 AM on Monday morning was loud and startled us) The last 25 minutes from Buckhannon to the rental is very, very curvy and hilly. Absolutely beautiful, but you may get a queasy tummy if you go too fast lol. But once you’re at this home, the views are stunning and peaceful, and worth it.The beds were very comfortable, they had lots of beach towels, the grandkids loved the toys that were already in the closet. We took a day trip to the marina at Stonewall resort. They have boat rentals for the day. About an hour drive but very worth it. The back deck is huge with comfortable sitting chairs, as well as beautiful table and chairs. Perfect for naps, games, eating, and relaxing. We saw a bald eagle, lots of deer, geese, ducks, fish and even a snake. Lots of wildlife!Overall, this was a wonderful vacation rental home. Definitely worth coming back too."

"It was almost perfect. Listing title said WiFi but it didn’t have it. Other than that, we had a wonderful time."

"Such a cute cabin, close to the road but feels like it's secluded in the woods. Went for a little Dad and daughters trip with my little dog and it was perfect for us. Cabin was very comfortable - had plenty of dishes to cook, beds were super comfortable, shower was nice and hot. The property is big and we were able to explore around the yard, have bonfires, and cook on the grill. Will definitely be coming back to stay next time I need a little getaway."

"This was our 3rd year at this cabin and it was wonderful as always. We mostly enjoyed the deck, creek and hot tub. Tue seclusion is just what we needed ro unwind. The host is super responsive. We will be back again next year!"

"The Cozy Cabin is the perfect name for it. It is a very cute cozy little cabin. Its location is very convenient. We went to Cass, Snowshoe, and a few other local places. Had pizza from The Kickin Chicken and it was delicious. Dennis-the host is fantastic. He’s very fast with responses to messages or questions. Checking in was very easy. I used Apple Maps and the directions took me right to the house. We even met the cleaning lady and she’s just the sweetest. I’m very happy with our booking. "
