“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……

“This tourist park is full of social housing and homeless people sleeping in tents everywhere inside the park and outside the park. The staff and management are rude and unhelpful, they sit in the kids go carts out side the parks checkin counter, so much for smoke free parks, this lady was seen everytime we drive in or out of the park sitting and smoking. Crazy The cabin itself was opposite the lake, right in front of our cabin was 3 tents with homeless drug addicts, who was awake all night,……
