"A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. "We (a family of six) have just spent a week at Via Montescudo, 126 and had a fabulous time. The house is great, plenty of room and charming throughout. The jewel in the crown is the swimming pool, of course - we spent many a happy hour in the water, on the sunbeds and chilling in the cabin. "We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. "Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"

"Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. I highly recommend every single part of this property and the wonderful chiara who looked after us so well."
