After frequenting the Chalet for many years I feel it has lost some of its special atmosphere that it once had 6 years ago. The entire property and our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Having an ice machine nearby in addition to the kitchen in our suite was a plus. Breakfast was fabulous and coffee was great!

Our room was a furnace. The a/c didn't work, and even though we set the thermostat to 68, the room never reached below 75. The hallway was cooler than our room. I was sweating the moment I stepped out of a cold shower.
