“Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again”

“We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. “We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly.”

“The room was clean although we can smell the sewage. The bathroom shower has rusts that needs to be replaced (probably due to salt water). The breakfast was great and the lady was nice to go to our room to ask what we want for breakfast. Overall the stay was relaxing.”

“At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them .
