“Lobby area was great. Furniture in suite needed updating. Staff was amazing”

While the hotel had some positives, several issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The shower experience was horrible, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance. The main bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and the bottom portion of the bathroom door was falling apart. These are things that should have been addressed before……

“Staff was extremely helpful and rooms very clean.”

“Breakfast was pretty poor. The gravy was all gone, the biscuits were hard as a rock. We had to ask for more yogurt. Only one staff person so she was checking people out and trying to keep up with the breakfast.”

“Staff was very courteous The room clean and very well maintained .”

“Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good.”
