“We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was……

"We had a fantastic stay with family at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with very comfy beds. The friendly dogs made the kids’ stay even more enjoyable. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was absolutely fantastic and a testament to the hotel. Nothing was too much effort for her and she made our stay very enjoyable. Secondly, the breakfast was very average in terms of quality of food and service. I would expect much better from a five star property. Finally, there was a terrible paint fumes smell at the swimming pool on the final day of our stay. Other guests also commented on this."

Surrounded by rolling green mountains and drifting mist, the resort boasts dreamy ink-painting scenery and fresh healing mountain air. There is no need for sightseeing trips, as staying indoors offers a complete premium relaxing vacation. The rooms are immaculately clean, quiet and tastefully decorated with elegant Eastern style. "好美的風景，空氣真好，起床被雞叫醒也是一種浪漫☀️打開窗簾一層雲一層山的，慢慢看見霧散去～再去坐竹筏遊遇龍湖，建議坐長程的，才能欣賞整路的山和水，還有湖邊人家的生活。住了2晚，好安靜，很舒服的房間。就～沒電梯，但民宿服務有幫忙拿行李箱的，很親切！給5顆星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 "

"The location is absolutely perfect. You are right on the Li River, and it's an easy walk to both the wharf and the bustling West Street, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. (It would be absolutely perfect if they added a coffee machine to the breakfast area, but this was a minor thing in an otherwise wonderful stay.)"
