"The cabin itself was very nice. Unfortunately we had ants throughout all the rooms (most likely due to the weather in the days prior to our visit rather than a cleanliness issue). Not having every second day housekeeping was frustrating, particularly due to the ants and mud throughout the property. We were sweeping the floors constantly. Being the long weekend, I would have expected the jumping pillow to be operating for the kids to play and the boat for adults. We paid a lot of money and to have limited facilities was disappointing. But the park itself is quite good. The daily activities for the kids were wonderful and appreciated. I would stay again, but recommend they reconsider pricing if not all facilities are operating."

"The room was comfortable enough. Just needed an arm chair so we could all lunge together. Sharp corners on desk and coffee table not great for a toddler. Water pressure in shower amazing."

"The hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the room rate represented good value. However, it is apparent that limited investment has been made in updating and maintaining the rooms.
There were several maintenance and amenity issues that impacted the overall experience, including curtains and blinds that were coming away from the windows, the absence of USB charging ports, no milk pods provided in the fridge, and shower temperature controls that were difficult to regulate. There was also visible mould developing on the shower glass, shower door fittings that appeared to be temporarily repaired with a hat elastic, and a bathroom tap that made it challenging to fill a drink bottle.
While the property offers a great location and competitive pricing, I believe the guest experience would be significantly enhanced by investing in room upgrades and maintenance. Some modernisation and attention to these details would help bring the accommodation up to contemporary guest expectations."
"The Motel was clean and renovated.
Heater was on arrival making it warm and comfortable.
Bed was comfortable.
Motel was close to eateries and town centre making easy it just to walk around."
