"The staff at the hotel were polite.
The room had everything that I needed.
But the room was cramped. I slept on the side of the bed next to the sofa. It had an extra cover, as the cushions underneath were stained. This cover was left unfixed, so the strings were left hanging by the sofa.
When I was getting out of bed, because this sofa cover was not fixed, I sometimes trips over the dangling ends. Especially as there was only a small amount of room between the bed and the sofa. About 8 inches.

"If you'd like to live the faulty towers experience, then this may be the place for you. Issues from the get-go when trying to check in, wrong phone numbers/no one on site, incorrect room/s, getting the run-around, and other guests being assigned the same room."
