“Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereich top Der zugang zur therme war super sicher für die kinder. Die bar war sehr schön und entspannend. Und die unterkunft und die möglichkeiten auch für kinder top 👍 ”

“Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt.”

“Gesamteindruck war sehr gut, aber es gab Startschwierigkeiten... bei Ankunft am Anreiestag standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen ( es war 18:00 Uhr ) obwohl Check In bis 22 Uhr möglich ist. Ohne vorheriger Bekanntgabe war der Check in nur bis 17 Uhr möglich. Nach einen Telefonat bekamen wir den Safe Code für die Zimmerkarte. Es wäre sehr nett gewesen vorab die Info zu erhalten, das der Check In nur bis 17 Uhr möglich ist bzw. eine Mail bzgl des Safe Codes um selbsz einchecken zu können.”

“Mein Aufenthalt im VitalZeit Hotel war wirklich großartig! Es hat wirklich absolut alles gepasst! Das Einzelzimmer war ruhig, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungsservice unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich fühlte mich von der ersten Sekunde an umsorgt und wohl. Das Essen (Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen) war ausgezeichnet, es hat wunderbar geschmeckt und war so wunderhübsch und schmakhaft angerichgtet. Auf meinen Wunsch vegane Verpflegung zu……

“The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is……

“What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!”

“We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. Upon arrival we called, and soon after Maria greeted us welcome, and showed us the way to our room, asked us what time we would like breakfast and made sure we were all settled. It felt more……
