You can enter this 3000 sq ft home from the front door on Liverpool St, or through the parking area and back yard off Decatur St. Through the back entrance, you'll come into the remodeled kitchen first, passing through a hallway to the grand dining and living area (which makes up a majority of the first floor).
In the front entrance, there is a main staircase all the way up to the third floor, offering the widest and easiest route to the bedrooms. There is also a rear staircase traveling from the kitchen pantry area, to the second floor landing, and continuing on the third floor rear bedroom. The rear stairs are carpeted for quieter passage at night.
Both the second and third floor have master bedroom suites with king beds, and adjoining bathrooms. The second floor master has a seating area by the front window. The third floor master includes expanding sleeping (twin trundle bed), and pack and play.
On the second floor, there is a community full bathroom with a tub, and two addition bedrooms each with queen beds.
The third floor rear bedroom includes a private workspace and a queen bed. There is also a middle bedroom, set up for youngsters, with bunk beds, toys and books, and a space theme.
The back deck sits right outside the kitchen door, where you'll find a table that seats 4, a BBQ grill, and a hot tub. The back yard is small, but entirely fenced in

Manchester is situated on the western edge of Pittsburgh's North side. The neighborhood is mostly residential, and defined primarily by historic row houses - many have been fully restored inside and out.
The home's location offers quick and easy access to Ohio River Blvd, and it's just a few minutes to downtown once you're there.
The lovely Allegheny West neighborhood is within about 15 minutes walking distance, and there you'll find numerous bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Also very close-by: The Carnegie Science Center, Acrisure Stadium, the Northshore River Walk, Mexican War Streets (neighborhood), Rivers Casino, National Aviary, and Community College of Allegheny County.
This area is generally walkable. And wide, quiet streets also make it bike-able. Most Northshore destinations can reached within 10 minutes on a bike. Uber and Lyft are easily available in this area too.
The neighborhood is also serviced by the (17) SHADELAND and (18) MANCHESTER bus routes. Both will take you downtown.
If some visitors choose to park on Liverpool St, please pay attention to posted signs about certain parking restrictions!
We're available to help make your stay the best it can be, but the level of communication is entirely up to you. It is always our pleasure to make suggestions on where to go and what to do - from museums to my favorite walkable streets.
You will also receive a guidebook three days before check-in with recommendations and instructions for the appliances in the home.

NO PARTIES, WEDDINGS, OR EVENTS
It is the booking guest’s responsibility to make sure ALL registered guests in the group honor all House Rules to avoid eviction and/or damage claims against the booking guest.
Guests
We want you to enjoy your vacation and time at our home to the maximum, but we do have to set some restrictions on visitor numbers for safety reasons. (Max Occupancy is 15 registered guests.) As part of our vacation rental agreement, we need the names and details of each member of your traveling party.
After 6 guests, the nightly cost of the booking increases by $25 per night, per guest to cover additional costs.
Any unauthorized guests will be subject to a $100 per guest per night fee. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary qualify for this fee.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy.
Any unauthorized events or parties will be subject to a $2,000 fine and immediate removal. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, the neighborhood, and visitor numbers.
Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand when possible.
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
Any time guests leave the vacation rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Parents must not leave children unattended at any time. Any guest injuries sustained at the property are not covered by our vacation rental insurance.
Fire Pits (Propane and Wood):
Please remember to dress warm enough for outdoor conditions.
Please NEVER bring any indoor throw blankets or bedding out to the fire pit!
Pets
Pets are welcome at our home! If you’re staying here with your furry friend, there are some things we’d like you to help us out with to ensure a smooth stay for everybody.
We know you love your pet, but we ask that you please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please ensure you clean up after your pet daily.
Pets must not be outside of the property without a leash.
There is a $25 per night, per pet fee not to exceed 2 pets maximum for pre-approved pets only. If you bring an unauthorized pet, you will be subject to immediate removal plus an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking home - If you do smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside and clean up your butts. If there’s any evidence of smoking in the unit, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee and a damage claim.
Noise and Privacy
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours between 9PM and 8AM. If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in the loss of the rental amount and a damage claim.
In case of any disputes or neighbor complaints, it’s your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
There are a couple of closets in the home that are private and locked, please do not attempt to open them.
Security
Our home is equipped with noise and occupancy sensors inside and security cameras (including audio) outside. Any tampering with the devices will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
Kitchen
We provide the basics such as cooking oil, simple seasoning and some condiments. Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would your own to keep it in great condition for other guests.
Please be sure to ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave a strong smell behind.
Be careful not to wash food remains down the drain. Please throw any kitchen scraps into a trash bag.
To simplify the inventory process, please return any kitchen items back to where you originally found them.
To help the environment, please only switch on the dishwasher when it’s full and use the eco-program when possible.
Trash
We like to do our bit for the environment and we ask that our guests do the same! There are different containers outside for separating trash and recycling. Please BAG AND TIE UP SAID BAGS before disposing garbage and recycling in the proper containers.
