“Olga was a great host. She communicated very well and lowed me to come back a few hours later after checking out to get a jacket I forgot at the condo. Very recommended host and great location.”

“The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to……

“We love this property! Well designed and appointed and the location is incredible. We ate like royalty for two days within 5 minutes walk. This place was perfect for our two family gathering. The stairs up are a challenge, but worth the effort. Loved morning coffee on the patio. We would stay again in a minute!”

“Excellent stay at a central location in a spacious loft. Had the pleasure of staying at this well appointed, centrally located loft in Old Montreal. Close proximity to great restaurants, shopping and bars. The condo was very large and the back deck was a hidden oasis. Would definitely stay at this location again.”

“Pros: The apartment is spacious and in an excellent location in Old Montreal. The bathroom and kitchen are apparently newly renovated, modern and clean. Instructions from the host were very clear and easy to follow. Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. My wife and I were dreading having to sleep in it a second night and by the end of our stay couldn’t wait to be back home in our own bed. Same with the couch. We were out and about most of the time but in the evening before bed we spent a……

“I found blood on the duvet, 4 dirty towels and rags behind the bathe room door and hairs in the shower. The rooms are next to the emergency exit and it is very noisy all night im the stair case and I did not feel safe. It is very poorly decorated. And the bathroom is very small.”

“Excellent location in Old Montreal! An excellent stay in a beautiful, spacious and inviting space. Definitely elevated luxury. Look forward to staying again. Great options for dining, shopping, cocktails and adventure. The large, private rooftop patio was an added bonus to enjoy the beautiful weather. Would not hesitate to stay again! 10/10!”

“Clean, well equipped kitchen, great rooftop patio. Excellent location, close to everything.”

“Very easy to check in. Joya was very easy to get a hold of. The neighborhood and the area is incredible. Lively but very safe. Easy to walk or bike to pretty much everything. ”

“The location of the unit is fantastic. Online pictures are more than accurate, if anything the apartment is even more lovely in-person. We loved the rooftop terrace. A perfect apartment for a Montreal getaway.”

“Spacious, close to Metro, and good communication from host.”

“The host was very responsive and accommodating! Cute spot, very clean, amazing location. Toilet was acting up but she had it fixed the same day. Other appliances were also useful like the laundry machine, and kitchen had everything we could need. Thanks Olga!”

“What a lovely property! This is more like staying in a dear friend’s suite than a sterile hotel room. It’s lovely and homey, the kitchen is well-stocked, and it’s on a quiet street. The beds, bedding and pillows are comfortable, and everything is in good condition. I was traveling with a friend and we each had our own bedroom. The bedrooms don’t share a wall, which is nice.”

“The place was amazing, great area and had everything we needed.”

“Great location, and a big space. Layout is a bit weird: there's no central socialization space except the pool table and there are two kitchens for some reason. However, as a home base for seeing the city you probably can't beat it. Tons of restaurants and bars right around the apartment and just a few steps to the train station.”

“As advertised! Great host, clean, great location!”

“Nice clean property in a great location to nice shops and restaurants and interesting neighborhoods.”

“The calm serene environment and proximity to the canal walk which was great for morning runs. You need to read the sign on the entrance lobby wall for a guide on how to navigate street parking. It’s also a 10-20 mins walk to the city area for great restaurants. If you’re bold, you may run to the old port!!!”
