“Very clean. Temperature in room was just right. Staff very courteous. One thing to mention is the doors are heavy and they close with a big bang. I was on the 5th floor and a lot of people going in and out past midnight and there was a lot of door banging. ”

“It is not a fancy hotel. The breakfast was minimal. They didn’t have an atm machine so no place to get Canadian coins for the laundry. The front desk doesn’t take US dollars. But it was clean and comfortable. Free parking was nice. It’s in a busy area across from the expressway but it was remarkably quiet inside. The staff were nice and helpful. It was fine for a few days.”

“This was a great property for our group of 5. Lots of space to have family members come for a visit and have a meal together. Modern finishes and furniture. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked.
It's close to the subway which is very convenient and there are grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close.……

“This is an older property, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Having stayed at Ramada hotels before, I had fairly modest expectations, and overall the experience was pleasant.
The only unusual issue I noticed was that the bathroom door in my room opened into the toilet, causing it to shift slightly when the door made contact. However, this may be specific to certain rooms and not representative of the hotel overall.”
