Stone house on the port of LESCONIL (SEA VIEW) 4 STARS

Welcome to our stone house located directly on the port of Lesconil, close to the sailing school, restaurants and shops.
The beach is within walking distance (2 minutes walk).

The house has received 4 stars by the tourist office of Finistère.

The comfortable 140 m² house was completely renovated in 2019. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs, a large master bedroom (20m²) with 160X200 bed + a sofa bed for 2 people (2 windows with harbor and sea view), one bedroom (11m²), 160X200 bed (sea view), one bedroom 2 90X190 beds (sea view). The 3 bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters.
Upstairs you will also find a bathroom with double sink, shower and bath and an independent toilet.

On the ground floor a large living room of more than 40m² with a warm living space with insert fireplace and flat screen, a dining area with a large table that can accommodate 10 people and an open fitted kitchen (oven, micro -wave, dishwasher, central island with stools etc ...) You will also find another independent WC, a bathroom (shower and basin) with washing machine and dryer).

All overlooking a charming little garden facing south (the house and the garden are bathed in light from morning to evening) from where you can see the sea.

We provide if necessary everything necessary for a young child (cododo bed or cot with mattress, bath, deckchair, high chair).

Bed linen and bath sheets provided at no extra charge.

Cleaning is not included in the basic rate (+90 euros)

Superb property and location
Beautifully decorated and one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. It's a beautiful house in a lovely location. Everything you need is provided even to the small details. Besser geht nicht!
Wir haben als Paar mit Hund drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem traumhaften Haus verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Empfang von Pierre-Julien war sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus ist in allem sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber, wir waren begeistert und haben einfach nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten das erste Mal ein urbanes Haus und die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, der Hafen mit den Fischerbooten direkt vor der Tür ebenso der Markt, Restaurants und Cafes. Wir empfanden es nicht als zu laut, uns hat das Leben im Ort nicht gestört, es war aber auch noch keine Hochsaison. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus am Hafen von Lesconil
Wir haben wundervolle 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist toll, sehr zentral. Schönes Haus in der Bretagne
Wir waren 14 Tage im Urlaub und hatten eine schöne Zeit verlebt. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und es fehlte an nichts. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind weitläufig und wunderbar zum laufen.

Bester Platz in der Bretagne
Tolles Haus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht und noch mehr war vorhanden. Die Lage war optimal um am Abend noch einen schnellen Strandspaziergang zu machen oder in ein nahes Restaurant zu gehen. Mit dem Auto lassen sich jeden Tag neue Ziele anfahren, da das Haus sehr Zentral liegt. Absolut eine Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques à Lesconil. La maison est super jolie, il y a tous ce qu‘il faut, très propre et pratique. Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön, perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen könnte und mehr. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Terrasse ist groß und herrlich zum sitzen. Zum Hafenbecken sind es 50m und zur Bar vielleicht 200m. Tolle Lage mitten im schönen Lasconil, Montagabend und Mittwoch Markt direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren mit unseren Ebikes dort und die Gegend ist herrlich zur Radfahren. Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Lage am Hafen bedingt einen gewissen Trubel und Lautstärke. Damit muss man sich arrangieren und darf nicht zu empfindlich sein. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Das "Maison du Port" ist sofort unser Haus gewesen - es ist bestens ausgestattet, geräumig, sauber und hell. Es liegt zentral, man ist schnell überall im Ort bzw. am Strand und in der wunderschönen Umgebung. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Gastgeber, Pierre-Julien, Dorothee und Familie sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit - es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, merci!! (PS: die Fotos in der Anzeige sind sehr hilfreich, man kann sich alles sehr gut vorstellen und entspricht der Realität)

Feriendomizil, in dem man sich zu Hause fühlt.
Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, die Ausstattung ist - bis auf vereinzelte Kleinigkeiten - vollständig. Die Lage ist günstig, Einkaufmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind zu Fuss erreichbar, grössere Supermärkte mit dem Auto in unter 10 min. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Wir waren im Februar dort und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll saniert, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vom Feinsten, Töpfe und Geschirr sind hübsch und reichlich, es gibt eine klassische und eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, und, und, und … Alle Haushaltsgeräte waren qualitativ sehr gut (es gab sogar einen Aschestaubsauger für den Kamin). Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Dorothee war superfreundlich und entgegenkommend, alles war unkompliziert und zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Cidre im Kühlschrank. Wir vergeben mindestens 7 von 5 Sternen ;-)

Phantastischer Urlaub
Das Haus war einfach perfekt. Super sauber, alles neu und mit Herz eingerichtet; moderne voll ausgestattete Küche, süßes Geschirr und alles was man zum Kochen und alles was man zum Leben braucht... Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag wie zuhause gefühlt. Von uns ein megagroßes Kompliment >> und alle Punkte die es zu verteilen gibt :-) Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
