This pleasant house of 145m² with a magnificent sea view consists as follows
On the ground floor :
- A large living room with fireplace overlooking a beautiful veranda.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- A desk corner
- A dining room overlooking the veranda.
- A 22m² veranda.
- Separate WC
- A garage
On the first floor :
- A first master bedroom with a 160 bed overlooking a bathroom. Sea view.
- A second bedroom with two 90 beds. Sea view
- A third bedroom with a 140 bed. Sea view
- A fourth bedroom with a 140 bed. Sea view
- A bathroom with bath.
- Separate toilet.
Equipment : Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, Electric oven, Toaster, Coffee maker, Kettle, Dishwasher, Vitro hob, a garden furniture, A garden table with 6 chairs, Barbecue, Parasol.
Exterior :
- The garden in front of the house is enclosed by a wall and barriers. The garden at the back overlooks the coast. Access is via the veranda. It is beautifully wooded and has a small fish pond.
From the garden you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Please note :
-Bed linen and bathroom linen not provided - Possibility to rent : €16/sheet set or €19/duvet set; Bathroom linen kit (2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : €20, or individually available
- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package : 140 €
-Deposit : 800 €
- Pets allowed with a supplement of € 28/pet/week including short stay.
