"Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. We arrived early at the main hotel reception (Church Landing) and they let us check in early. We originally booked a room in the Palmer Inn. The rooms have been newly renovated and are well appointed. Lovely fire and balcony. However had a small issue with one of the beds in our room and the very helpful staff found us a replacement room straight away. They even upgraded up to a larger room on the Church Landing hotel with amazing views of the lake. The service charge seems a little high for those not using the amenities but they did have free tea, coffee, water and even some cereal bars and apples in reception. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to do much more than have a quick dip in the pool. Wish we had booked for longer to make use of the lake."

"Great little find right off the highway. New, clean hotel, comfy bed, good TV channel selection, free parking and breakfast. There is very good restaurant nearby and everything rather close by. They do have bonfire in the evening for guests, so that is very nice touch and social part. If you feel like staying indoor, game room has plenty of entertainment for the kids and adults (coming operated). One thing to consider: there is no elevator, so if you get second floor, make sure you can carry up your luggage."

"Very clean, great communication with the host even after checking in, lots of space, nice outdoor porch in back to relax outside when the house got hot. You may want to bring some small fans if you're staying in the summer as there's no AC and we were there in 90 degree weather so it got pretty hot inside. All in all, it was a nice place to stay in a convenient location for the Whites and Squam Lake. Couldn't have asked for a more responsive and polite host. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because there's no AC but otherwise it was great."

"Likes - Clean room, bed was comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking. The price was particularly good. Coud be improved - AC was noisy. I turned to just fan and opened the window instead as it was cool outside. The room was small, but adequate."

"What a great little getaway! We loved our time at the log cabin. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy being together. My favorite moments were the simple ones—sitting on the porch with my morning tea, listening to the brook, and taking in the peaceful surroundings.Check-in and check-out were easy, and Dustin was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. This is the perfect spot for a family or a group of friends looking to slow down, reconnect, and make some great memories. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return!"
