"Our stay at Velora Hinton was truly amazing! The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff were kind, helpful, and professional , always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hinton. However, we did have one disappointing experience during breakfast. While most of the team was accommodating, the breakfast supervisor on one of the mornings (an East Asian lady) was unhelpful and dismissive of our request to take breakfast to our room for a child with special needs. The previous day, another staff member had kindly understood the situation and assisted us without any issue. We hope the management can ensure more consistent compassion and flexibility in such situations."
