When we got there, the number pad on the door had dead batteries so it was a little tricky. She helped us get in with the spare, and we ended up locking ourselves out the next day. She was also very willing to help throughout this process, and we made friends because of the situation. Which made the trip ten times better. The heat works really well and the overall vibe was cozy and relaxing!! "
