“The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty. “Ho soggiornato in questa struttura solo per poche ore: avevo avvisato che sarei arrivatamolto tardi e sarei dovuta ripartire molto presto. Non ho avuto quindi la possibilità di incontrare nessuno del personale, ma ho comunicato con loro via mail, messaggi e telefonicamente e molto gentilmente hanno organizzato tutto perfettamente per il mio soggiorno: mi hanno comunicato via messaggio i codici per accedere all’hotel e alla mia camera, mi hanno lasciato la fattura che avevo richiesto sulla……
