“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“Ms.Darlene was a sweetheart and gave exceptional customer service. Breakfast was spectacular and exceeded our expectations with an omelette station cooked right infront of you and the pancake maker was so much fun for the kids. Ms. Patty at breakfast was an exceptional server. And Tito at the bar was also amazing! Spa service was spectacular and just overall a great experience. The hotel could use a few renovations here and there and touch ups but other than that it’s a great location, loved the……
