“I’ve been staying at this property for years and have seen Peter and staff make improvements Year after years. Things are looking allot better. This room we last stayed in was excellent in every way. Looking forward to halls interior and exterior painted and looking good. Nice elevators improvements Good job Peter Duane. Upstate n y ”

“Easy quick and smooth check in. Front desk mentioned to us about parking fee being waived and other bonus if we attended 40 minute presentation, since we would mostly be out with our family who live nearby we could not commit. No pressure from ANYONE, I was quite pleased as reviews said otherwise and I’ve read some horror stories. We decided to stay one more night but unfortunately no availability through Expedia although we were informed by staff that there was availability and we could stay……

“The staff doesn't respond to room needs, comfortable stay”

“Nice, renovated rooms. Great restaurant at the beach. Warm pool. In the night it was noisy, we were at the bottom floor near the elevator and the doors don't block the noise.. So I woke up a few times because of that. I'd recommend to ask for a room in an upper floor to avoid that.”

“La suite estaba muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario,pero cuando hice la reservación decía con balcón y vista al mar,y era muy pequeño el balcón que ni cabía una silla de ancho ni de largo y no era la vista frente al mar, se ve un poco, pero está bien adentro la habitación,eso no lo especifican claro, era balcón Juliet.”

“Excellent breakfast with many food options. Bar food was good and reasonably priced. Parking was an extra charge. Location of hotel was not in a good area of the town which restricted walking areas outside the hotel. Parking garage was secure. ”

“It’s a good “budget friendly” place. If you’re looking for something resort like, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for somewhere decent to sleep at night this will definitely work! Great location, small but comfortable and clean rooms. Very easy check in/check out process. ”
