“I would highly recommend this place. The location is excellent. It’s a quiet neighborhood, yet everything is within walking distance. You don’t compromise living space for location. The unit is large, well equipped and very well maintained. Being on the third floor allows you to open windows for a nice breeze which is great in the summer. Secured off-street parking is a huge plus. I’m hard pressed to find any shortcomings. There was only one wine glass in the kitchen which was a bit odd. I……

“The loft apartment was lovely, well equipped, on a bus route and not far to the city centre. Pubs, restaurants and coffee bars were close by as well a small Coop. The stairs leading to the apartment will be a challenge for any visitor with weak legs, however. Good garage space down a narrow street at the back. Check in and check out with keycodes...don't forget them when you go out! Hosts were good communicators and very helpful.”

“Having seen the photos we booked this place thinking it would be a pleasant place to stay for a short family break in Cardiff. We were extremely disappointed to find the apartment was not up to the standard of cleanliness we expected. The apartment is in need of a deep clean. The entrance hall was all broken tiles and peeling paint with rubbish blowing around. Inside the flat downstairs smelt like a laundrette as the dryer was still running while upstairs smelt stale like the windows haven’t been……

“The flat was even better than "advertised". Very well located with several locally owned pubs within less than 1km. The property is managed by what appears to be a couple who were very good about communications. I determined that if I sent a message before or after their office hours, the system replied with what appeared to be an AI message - which was great since the replies were usually spot on. While located on a relatively busy street - the Suite is one floor up from ground level so……
