Horrible front desk service, the room was not clean, no hot water in the shower, the room had a horrible odor, seems to be a hotel that houses drug addicts. I witnessed multiple unsavory characters walking in and out of the property. I booked it thru expedia. I canceled 5 remaining nights. Had to check into another hotel. I requested my deposit back. Got charged for a night by the hotel and i didnt even bring out my luggage. I contacted expedia and they did absolutely nothing to refund me my money.
