Just a 2-minute walk to the sand and even closer to a brand-new pool and a 4 minute walk to the beach. (see photos) Kick back and relax at this coastal home!

You will love all the amenities offered with this home! With TWO living areas, there are 2
sets of washers and dryers, 2 kitchens, and 2 king-size bedrooms! Bring all of your
family to this large beach house.

The Windmark Beach development has a local "Village" about two miles away that
offers many conveniences. Take the golf cart there to get Pizza, visit the Mercantile,
listen to live music or eat at The View on Old 98.

The public beach access is a short golf cart ride (see photos) or a 2 minute walk past
the new pool on the boardwalk! Watch the sunset from the beach, back porch or the pool! The new pool is
completed but not heated yet. There is another (heated) community pool located 2 miles
away, and you can ride there with the golf cart on a path near the beach!

Did we mention that the fishing in the area is amazing! Bring your gear and surf fish, head down to the local marina, try under the bridge at the intercostal waterway or hire a local guide.
Catch reds, sheepshead, spotted sea trout, pompanos, black drum and more!

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the Fb groups "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe"
for updated restaurant locations and times, etc.
*There is great fishing in PSJ, rather from the shore or on a boat, you'll have a great time!

*Check Restaurant times as they adjust to busier or slower times of the year.
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
