Fabulous two-bedroom unit with an open plan living area with air conditioning, floating floorboards, ceiling fan, TV and unlimited WiFi. The unit has water views from the covered balcony and the kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped with full cooking facilities, Nespresso pod coffee machine and a dishwasher. The unit is very comfortable as the sea breezes just ooze straight into the unit.
The main bedroom has water views and the bathroom provides a shower, toilet and vanity.
The unit provides a single carport space and a single open car space which is ideal for a second vehicle or small axle trailer boat and the complex has a shared laundry with top loader washing machine and clothes lines located at the rear of the complex.
Perfect for families or couples wanting to escape for the weekend, location is the focus of this complex, walking distance to Bay Village shops including IGA, newsagent, bakery, cafe, restaurants as well as the Game Fishing Club and the Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel which offers bistro meals, bottle-shop and entertainment. (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
