Great staff at checkin. We were stranded due to a snowstorm. Tyler very helpful even after working for an extended period. Snow paralyzed the area, so nice to find a clean, hotel with comfy beds and great kitchenette for an extended stay.

Was warned about crack heads waking us up by staff at check in, sketchy patrons, smelled of smoke of all kinds, bed was old and uncomfortable, pillow felt like it was stuffed with rags, pool sky lights were moldy and paint falling off, pool water was over chemically treated, and bathroom fan sounded like a train passing by, fitness room offered but not in service. O, and breakfast buffet was very limited, not as advertised.

Tried to cancel the reservation over the internet but failed. Walked in the hotel and register to cancel but the clerk could not find us listed on the reservation so we guessed the cancelation went through. Hope didn't lose the reservation fee such a waste when we couldn't make it to enjoy that night?

Mostly okay. However the day clerk, without my knowledge, made a copy of my credit card, and left it on the desk for people to see. The night clerk saw it and brought it to me. She told me that the day clerk should never have copied it. Whether she wanted to use the CC info herself and forgot it at work or she just left it there for others to see, I do not know. I am following up with the authorities as well as my bank. This person should be released from her employment at the very least.

So I get here to check in the girl mentions the jetted tub doesn’t work mind you we can still get inside however just the wets dont work which is fine however we get to the room get everything ready we take a bath then get into the shower the shower is a one person shower which that’s okay but the shower head has rust on it n the water pressure isn’t good it feels like water isn’t even getting on your body then we go out to get hot tea because they have little containers with coffee and hot water the water wasn’t hot what so ever so I ask the lady at the front to get new hot water she just put hot water mix in with the cold water I know this because the “hot water” that was already out was freezing cold n the water she brought back out was just a tad bit warmer n I know they had real hot water was because in the morning I went into the breakfast room and you know if you worked in hospitality they have those hot water red handles connects to the coffee makers then later on I come back out n the morning lady she’s arguing with this guy who has 3 kids about syrup she’s lying n saying she doesn’t have anymore n telling him he should’ve came later which I knew she had more because I literally saw into the closet that they kept everything so she was so disrespectful and for breakfast they only have waffle maker I am a Muslim I don’t eat sausage so it was only sausage and waffles with break and fruit that’s about it I literally drove 15 minutes to go to dennys to get breakfast
