Love everything about this place except they have TV remotes from the 2000s with a smart TV which ruins the opportunity to watch other stuff. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my opinion.

New, right across from Convention Center, but outside walk, no pool, marketplace downstairs w/2 microwaves, umbrella rentals. $20 self park.
Great location for Moda Center. Only trouble was when trying to leave out room the door would not open. We were trapped in room until maintenance guy showed up. We ended up getting room comped for the night for the trouble of us being locked in our room for 45 minutes.
Services were very minimal. There is no restaurant on the property – just grab and go junk food from the café downstairs. No room service. At these prices, I expected more.
