Our light was a motion sensor in the bathroom and it would go off in a minute so we would shower and go to the bathroom in the dark. The hotel couldn’t fix it until the following morning but we were already checking out.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I found the staff to be the real star of the property. The corner room was great, with a wonderful view and roomy bathroom. But the service was awesome and I loved being able to text requests instead of trying to call the front desk or various extensions.

The view of the Willamette river, and Mount Adams was great from the 11th floor! Everything was clean and very nice!

Was loud, could hear the morning alarm going off in others rooms. Most staff was helfpul, except one snarky man at check in. He was more than happy to inform me that if I wanted an early check in for my family that was arriving for a 2nd room was unavailable, which I understand, however he was sure to add it would cost $$ if they could accommodate. $900 for two nights in a crappy part of town and you want to charge more. Good bye Hyatt !! We love to travel and we like nice hotels, but what I do not like it to be nickle and dimed. On top of all this my bill was completely wrong, more time spent on a crappy stay. One bright spot were the valet staff. They were warm and helpful, actually making this stay tolerable.
